At Nurtured Vitality, we provide integrative and naturopathic cancer support for individuals before, during, and after cancer treatment, working alongside conventional medical and oncology care. Our approach is informed by recognised integrative oncology principles and focuses on supporting wellbeing, quality of life, recovery, and long-term health across all stages of the cancer journey.
Consultations are offered by a degree-qualified naturopath with additional training in oncology support and are tailored to the individual. Care may support areas such as nutrition, digestion, fatigue, sleep, stress response, inflammation, metabolic and hormonal balance, immune resilience, and nervous system regulation, with careful attention to safety, interactions, and appropriateness at each stage of care.
For those who have completed treatment, support focuses on recovery, rebuilding vitality, and establishing sustainable lifestyle and wellbeing strategies that support ongoing health and confidence moving forward. All recommendations are designed to complement medical treatment, not replace it.

This 15-minute express consultation is ideal for new and existing clients seeking fast, targeted support for acute conditions such as colds, flu, infections, allergies, inflammation, or fatigue.
A customised herbal blend or supplements are provided at an additional cost to help alleviate symptoms promptly and effectively.

Preclinical Assessment & Initial Consultation

This comprehensive session begins with a detailed intake form and pathology review, followed by a Personalised Clinical Consultation held online or in person at Harmonised Health Clinic on the Fleurieu Peninsula in South Australia, Australia. You will receive a Personalised Care Plan along with access to practitioner-grade supplements, ensuring you are supported safely and confidently. Many clients find this first consultation brings a sense of being truly heard, along with clarity, reassurance, and hope.
Follow up Clinical Consultation

Follow-up consultations are typically scheduled around once per month over a six-month (or longer) period, allowing us to provide ongoing, responsive support as your needs evolve and your sense of wellbeing is restored. For some people, appointments may be spaced further apart, depending on the level of care required. Each follow-up includes a Pre-Appointment Wellbeing Assessment, a Clinical Review Consultation, and an updated Personalised Care Plan to reflect your progress.
Please note: Consultations fees include analysing test results, conducting naturopathic assessments, researching your case, and creating a personalised care plan. In-house assessments such as blood pressure checks, and tongue, nail, and skin analysis are also included in your appointment.
